Although I took a private tour here, and I do recommend the tour, it is by no means necessary to go that route. Everywhere I go I make maps to try to make it as easy for anyone to go as possible, and this place is no different. For the backpackers who want to go to Penghu and spend many weeks traveling around the island without a schedule or the budget traveler who just wants to do it on their own, or people who just want to be along and don't like traveling in groups... here's the first of many small island maps.
